What once sustained you no longer does.
What you have spent years building suddenly feels unfamiliar or empty. Yet what comes next has not taken shape. In between lies an unsettling sense of powerlessness.
FOR ENTREPRENEURS AT A TURNING POINT
Are you an entrepreneur facing the same obstacle time and again, despite every strategy you try? Have you achieved a great deal, yet sense that the real question remains unanswered?
I analyse the underlying fault lines in your personal and business circumstances, help you understand why you have reached this point now, and work with you to develop a strategic roadmap for a new direction — aligned with your inherent strengths and potential. So that feeling powerless gives way to clarity and the ability to act.
Personal. Discreet. With space for what truly matters.
01 / THE STARTING POINT
01
What you have spent years building suddenly feels unfamiliar or empty. Yet what comes next has not taken shape. In between lies an unsettling sense of powerlessness.
Another project, another distraction, or the evening glass of wine that has long become a habit. Yet the underlying feeling you want to escape remains.
New strategies and markets. Even greater effort. Yet initiatives fall flat, revenues fluctuate and a decision looms that no figures can make certain.
Your heart skips a beat, your stomach rebels, your knee aches. Medical findings offer little explanation, and the question remains: “What is my body trying to tell me?”
From the outside, your relationship makes sense. Yet something has been missing. You stay out of a sense of duty, but wonder: is this just a phase, or is it all right to leave?
Your life and your business are going according to plan. But does that path truly reflect who you are, or have you built both around other people’s expectations?
And because those around you need you to be strong,
you stay strong.
You navigate life using the mind’s survival software. So far, it has served you well. Yet crises in your business, your relationships, within yourself or in your body reveal where something no longer fits — or perhaps never did — because your own inner North Star has been ignored.
I put into words what needs to be acknowledged. Here, with me, there is room for the questions and answers you have kept to yourself — because it is time.
02 / MY APPROACH
Understand what shapes you. Recognise what matters now. Shape your own path.
THE VISIBLE
Roles · Decisions · Everyday life
THE PATTERNS
Imprints · Repetition · Tensions
THE DIRECTION
Clarity · Priorities · Next steps
I.
Who are you beyond your roles? What patterns run like a thread through your life, and how can you break free of them?
II.
What does your current phase of life call for? Consolidation or expansion? And in which area of your life?
III.
What next steps will help you regain a sense of alignment and live in a way that feels true to you?
03 / THE TOOL BEHIND MY WORK
Long before it was reduced to a magazine column, astrology was the precise study of cycles, angles and geometry. Historically, it is one of humanity’s oldest tools for profiling and prediction. Great thinkers such as Johannes Kepler cast horoscopes, rulers used astrology to guide affairs of state, and even today, prominent figures in global business consult astrological cycles when making major strategic decisions. Why?
Everything in the universe is interconnected and follows mathematical patterns. The movements of the planets form the largest, most reliable clock available to us. To assume that these immense movements and gravitational fields influence tides or collective animal behaviour, yet leave us untouched, is to take too narrow a view.
To find answers where standard analyses remain too general, I work with fractal time geometry: the exact astronomical positions at the moment of your birth as your personal blueprint, and the current planetary cycles as a framework for timing. Overlaying the two reveals connections: where pressures are building, where potential lies dormant, and why particular themes are emerging precisely now. This is no vague interpretation of zodiac signs, but a precise analysis of patterns and the qualities of time — a shift in perspective that allows you to see your life differently: with greater honesty, clarity and authenticity.
“
As on the day that brought you to this earth,
The sun stood to receive the planets’ greeting,
You grew, and still unfold, from that first birth,
By the law that shaped your earliest being.
So must you be; yourself you cannot flee (…).
Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
04 / WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE
For you personally
A new perspective on what is coming to an end, on what you can consciously shape and are being called to shape.
Recognise where you want to direct your energy, and stop filling an inner void with constant activity.
Whether it concerns a relationship, a move or a fresh start: you know when the time is right to take the next step.
Gain perspective on the context of physical symptoms and what may offer support.
See clearly what keeps you in a relationship and what is missing. This gives you a basis for decisions you can truly stand behind.
Distinguish other people’s expectations from your own, and recognise who you are beyond the need to keep performing.
For entrepreneurs
Business decisions are made on the basis of figures, markets and experience. What is almost always missing is an understanding of two factors that help determine success or failure: the person leading the business, and the timing of their actions.
An expansion can be strategically sound and still come too soon. A business partner may be an ideal professional fit, yet pull in a different direction. And some crises are not signs of failure, but a call to strengthen the foundations before the next phase of growth. Understanding these factors helps you invest more deliberately, negotiate with greater clarity and avoid detours that cost time and money.
Time investments, contracts and launches to coincide with favourable conditions.
Recognise where you and your business partners complement one another — and where friction arises.
Find the strategy and role that truly fit you, including through periods of transition.
Understand what a difficult phase requires of you, and when new possibilities will emerge.
05 / THE PERSON BY YOUR SIDE
Mein My name is Theresa Schneider. I work with people in positions of responsibility when what once sustained them no longer does and strategy, experience and greater effort can no longer move them forward.
For a long time, I believed that with the right mindset and strategies, I could manage my life well. Yet I kept finding myself in the same loops. Often, I sensed early on that a particular path would not work. Still, I let myself be persuaded, followed it, and ended up exactly where I had feared I would. In business, in my personal life, and even with my health, where everyone took a different approach and no one seemed able to offer meaningful help.
My Sun is in Virgo, right at the highest point of my chart. This point reveals what we are here to contribute and bring into the world. For me, that means precision, structure and the ability to turn complexity into something clear and useful.
My Ascendant is in Scorpio, with Pluto directly on it: an energy that looks beneath every facade. This combination defines my work. I go deep, then structure what I find with enough clarity to make it tangible and practical in everyday life.
For over nine years, I have run my own business and advised other businesses on positioning and brand growth. The psychology of the person behind a business has always fascinated me, and I have continued to deepen my knowledge in this area with Dr. Joe Dispenza e.g. Today, I bring together strategy, psychology and an understanding of timing to help decision-makers act with greater purpose and direction.
What is said in our conversations stays between us. I know that people with responsibility and a public reputation rarely speak openly about their worries and doubts. Too much is at stake; too many people are watching. Yet perhaps that very silence is part of what keeps you stuck.
06 / YOUR FIRST STEP
I deliberately work with a limited number of clients, so that every analysis receives my full attention. During a confidential 30-minute introductory conversation, we get to know one another and explore whether and how working together could be right for you.
07 / INSIGHTS INTO WORKING TOGETHER
THE STARTING POINT
An entrepreneur who had tried everything: new approaches, new markets, even greater effort. Nothing gained traction. He had pursued directions that did not reflect his inherent strengths. The wall was not a coincidence, but a signal.
THE PERSPECTIVE
Rather than continuing with unfocused activity, we identified a path that aligned with his core nature and the timing of his current phase, then translated it into a clear direction. That was when things began to move.
When you work against your own blueprint, you can keep increasing the effort — and it still will not become easier.
THE STARTING POINT
An entrepreneur running several businesses was facing financial challenges. He requested an analysis, already planning to move forward through new products and marketing. The timing clearly called for consolidation: focusing on the core business, cutting what was unnecessary, and bringing structure to the team and processes. Without this step, he faced serious financial difficulties, potentially leading to insolvency.
THE PERSPECTIVE
At first, he pursued his original plan anyway — at considerable cost. When he returned with a different understanding, we developed the restructuring plan together. Today, the foundations are stronger than before, ready for the next phase of growth when the time is right.
Sometimes an analysis reveals things the ego does not want to hear. That is precisely what makes it valuable. Working together becomes effective when you take uncomfortable truths seriously.
THE STARTING POINT
An entrepreneur had found herself withdrawing for some time, rather than pushing forward as usual. This left her feeling uncertain. Then came a serious accident. She felt there was something she needed to recognise. But what?
THE PERSPECTIVE
An old path had come to an end. It was time to take a new position and make a clear stand. Fear had held her back from doing so. She came to understand why the old chapter was ending and recognised what she wanted the next one to look like. That clarity gave her the strength to take a stand from within — something she had previously been unable to do.
Withdrawal is not always weakness. Sometimes it is preparation for a step that requires clarity before it can be taken.
THE STARTING POINT
An executive was in a relationship that had been a sensible choice and looked right from the outside, yet offered neither passion nor freedom nor a sense of equality. Alongside recurring inner dissatisfaction and an urge to break free, physical symptoms kept appearing — affecting digestion, skin and joints.
THE PERSPECTIVE
Understanding opened up the possibility of consciously addressing familiar patterns of fear, guilt and powerlessness, making clear decisions and acting with courage. Step by step, they began opening up to their own path, even though the first move was difficult. Physical relief followed immediately.
Often, the hardest part is not knowing that a journey has ended. It is allowing yourself to take a new path out of respect for yourself.
THE STARTING POINT
An entrepreneur was successful in business, with a stable company. Yet he was experiencing heart rhythm disturbances, and his weight remained unchanged despite his discipline. “I’m actually quite content,” he said.
THE PERSPECTIVE
The analysis revealed how much of his life was devoted to duty and providing for others — and how little space remained for his deepest personal needs. He had successfully talked himself out of what his heart truly longed for. He began making room for it, alongside his ongoing medical care. Today, his question of “why” has an answer he had long refused to allow himself to acknowledge.
The body often speaks where we remain silent. Telling yourself that you ought to be content and grateful is not the same as feeling happy and fulfilled.
08 / WORKING TOGETHER
We are all skilled at wearing masks. The word persona originally referred to a mask. When an analysis reveals who you are beyond your role, much can begin to shift. Those insights need to be understood, processed and translated into practical steps. That is why our work together is shaped around what you need now — from a single analysis to ongoing guidance.
In 30 minutes, we explore what is on your mind. Afterwards, you receive a personalised overview of the ways we could work together and the investment involved.
Precise written analyses, available individually, for you personally or for your business.
Choose between the Structural Analysis (your personal blueprint), the Relationship Analysis (the dynamics between two people, in personal or business partnerships), and the Timing Analysis (what the coming year calls for).

09 / GOOD TO KNOW
Trust begins with
knowing what to expect.
It reveals patterns and qualities of timing: your inherent traits, strengths and recurring internal programmes, the phase of development you are currently in, and when particular themes become especially active — including periods of heightened tension.
What it does not do is make decisions for you. You can act against the prevailing timing, but doing so has consequences. Working with it is generally the easier path.
No. Transitions look different for everyone. For some, they show up in business: initiatives fall flat, an important decision looms, or legal and structural matters suddenly demand more energy than they should. For others, the shift is internal: you withdraw, people around you say you have changed, and what once fitted simply no longer does. And some people are not in a crisis at all. They simply want to understand where they stand: their inherent nature, what the coming year calls for, and how to choose their direction consciously before life chooses it for them. In every case, understanding your blueprint and your current phase allows you to make informed, conscious decisions.
Scepticism is welcome. I was sceptical myself for a long time. But my work has nothing to do with magazine horoscopes.
Consider this for a moment: the Moon moves entire oceans. Everything in nature follows cycles and rhythms, from the tides to our own biological clocks. Why should human beings be the exception?
It is understandable to question things. Sometimes, however, questioning can also disguise a reluctance to face insights we already sense within ourselves. That is why I invite you to look closely and judge for yourself. What confirms your existing views is not the only thing worth noticing. What provokes a strong reaction often touches on something true.
When external solutions no longer move you forward — when advisers, doctors and established strategies offer no answers — I offer a point of orientation, like a lighthouse in a storm. My role is to help you find your bearings while leaving the choice of direction with you.
I believe that certain experiences form part of our path. Particular themes and situations keep returning until we understand what they are asking of us. Some encounters become defining moments in our lives. How we experience and respond to them, however, remains up to us. A financial lesson can be learned with five million in the bank or with five hundred euros. You have more room to shape your life than you may think. The deeper question is this: why does the mind resist a path you already sense within yourself? Your blueprint also offers answers to that. Recognising this inner point of tension can help release the brakes.
Confidentiality is the foundation of my work. What you share with me stays between us. I use your information solely for your analysis. If you wish, I will sign a non-disclosure agreement before we begin.
Your date of birth, place of birth and the most accurate birth time available. The time matters because key points in your chart can shift within just a few minutes. If you do not know your birth time, you can enquire with the registry office responsible for your place of birth. You are also welcome to share the questions and concerns currently on your mind, as openly as you feel comfortable.
The introductory conversation lasts 30 minutes. A comprehensive Structural Analysis generally takes two to four days to prepare. The private engagement, “The North Star Code”, runs over four months, with appointments arranged individually. We work by video or phone, with in-person meetings available by arrangement. During our introductory conversation, I will explain the structure and process in detail.
Depending on the scope, working together starts at €1,500, excluding 19% VAT. After our initial 30-minute conversation, you will receive a detailed overview of the available formats, what they include and the investment involved.
Yes. A business also has a founding moment — the time the incorporation documents are signed before a notary — and therefore its own structure and cycles. A Business Analysis can be particularly revealing alongside your personal analysis, highlighting where you and your business strengthen one another and where you may hold each other back.
No, nor is it intended to. I offer an additional perspective on how your concerns relate to your personal history, viewed through an astrological, psychological, emotional and inner-life lens, and on supportive steps you might take. Diagnosis and treatment remain the responsibility of qualified medical and therapeutic professionals.
A PERSONAL NOTE TO CLOSE
I know how rarely people in positions of responsibility talk about what truly weighs on them. Not about the cash-flow squeeze that keeps them awake at night. Not about the relationship that only still works on the outside. Not about the body that has long been sending signals.
I am not a therapist. I read your blueprint and the time you are in so precisely that what you have so far only sensed becomes visible: why you are standing at exactly this point, what is at work beneath it, and where your path is truly leading. And I say it out loud: clearly, respectfully and without detours. Often, that alone is the first release: hearing something you have long suspected, put this clearly for the very first time.
Why now? Because turning points rarely begin loudly. Sometimes everything looks right on the outside, yet no longer feels right within. Sometimes the outside falls apart to point to something within. Either way: those who understand the moment can shape it. Those who ignore it will meet it again later, usually more forcefully.
You will not get yet another strategy from me, nor a method you have to force upon yourself. You will get clarity where there has been fog: what this phase is really about, which decision is due now, and when the right time for it is. You regain your ability to act, and with it the energy that has so far gone into detours, overthinking and compensation.
I don’t need to convince you of anything. Whether this is right for you or not, you already know.
It always begins with one person.
Perhaps with you.
